Inclusive of:

- Regular, on-site preventative maintenance visits – approx. quarterly
- Rapid response to trouble calls – first time fix or replacement machine whilst repairs are carried out
- Parts & labour
- Polishing granulate – next working day delivery for orders placed by 12.00
- Full telephone support
- Renewable annually

*If we have not serviced your cutlery polisher within the last 6 months a silver service will be required before a platinum service can be instigated
