...Everything! Each and every cutlery polisher we supply, whether you are renting or buying, comes complete with all accesories and consumables. One of our highly trained and experienced engineers will deliver and set up the equipment and provide full staff training.
...We have three rental contract terms that offer flexibility over the length of time you rent a polisher for, but all include grain and service as standard.
...If you purchase a cutlery polisher it will be supplied with a comprehensive 12 month parts and labour warranty as standard and a Platinum Service Package is available to enhance and continue cover once this expires.
WHAT LEVEL OF SERVICE CAN I EXPECT...
...The highest! Whether you are renting or have purchased equipment your polishing needs are always our priority! If we cant get you back up and running when you place a call with us, we will arrange for an engineer to visit or deliver a replacement polisher within a maximum of 48hrs of your call!
HOW LONG DOES POLISHING GRANULATE LAST...
...We recommend that grain should be changed a minimum of every three months, busier sites with a higher throughput will need to change their grain more regularly.

HOW EXTENSIVE IS THE WARRANTY...
...Extensive! All non consumable parts are included as is callout and labour for 12 months from the date your polisher is installed.
...The warranty on your cutlery polisher tank also extends to 5 years!
...We also have a Platinum Service Package available that compliments the standard warranty, including polishing granulate and regular, on site servce visits.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY WARRANTY ENDS...
...Nothing changes! Your polishing needs still remain our priority, we have two options for after warranty care, our Silver Service offers one off maintenance and support when you need it and our Platinum Service Package provides year round, fully inclusive service cover.
WHAT IS THE LIFE SPAN OF A CUTLERY POLISHER...
...As long as the equipment is properly serviced and maintained there is no limit to how long your cutlery polisher will last - meaning you should never need to purchase a new one!

...Yes, all of our cutlery polishers are thermostatically controlled so once the equipment has reached its operating temperature the energy required to maintain this is minimal.
